LHDN Deputy Prosecutor Hazlina Hussain informed Superior Court Judge Azimah Omar today.

“This is a conciliation offer from the defendant (Tengku Adnan). As such, we have to study it. Both parties are working to resolve the case.

The court was scheduled to hear LHDN’s request for a summary judgment against Tengku Adnan, better known as Ku Nan, and its request for suspension of the proceedings today.
