However, imagine the disappointment when you enthusiastically open your Maybank2U app and discover the dreaded error message. That’s what Maybank users everywhere have faced today for pay.
Maybank is the trend on Twitter when users call the service, especially on the day that many have their bills due. One user, however, managed to change the situation saying that he is glad that the application does not work because in this way he can avoid online purchases.
To rectify the situation, Maybank took to its Twitter and explained that the Maybank2u website and application are experiencing intermittent slowness but the MAE application is working normally.

They added that you can log into the MAE app using your existing Maybank2u user ID and password to make available banking transactions in the Maybank2u app such as fund transfers and bill payment.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.”
