Trials of an NHS contact tracking app that can alert users to contact those who are infected with the coronavirus will begin this week on the Isle of Wight before a broader launch expected later this month, was announced on Sunday.

According to local media, the number of people confirmed to have the virus on the island rose to 127 on Sunday, an increase from four, as the death toll reached 28. There are more than 140,000 people on the Isle of Wight.

We would like to hear from the people of the Isle of Wight how they feel about the pilot.
