Former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng was charged with corruption for the fourth time today in connection with the award of the RM6.3 billion Penang Underwater Tunnel project contract to the Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd Consortium.

The DAP Secretary General has pleaded not guilty to two new charges in Butterworth Sessions Court for allegedly using his position as Penang’s chief minister to misappropriate state land worth RM 208.75 million for project-related companies of the Penang Underwater Tunnel.
