KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah conveyed good wishes to Muslims along with celebration of Maulidur Rasul in observance of Prophet Muhammad . birthday.
Their Majesties expressed it through a post on Istana Negara’s Instagram account.
Rasulullah is the greatest leader of all time who must be emulated by all Muslims.
Let us emulate the attitude and sunnah of the Prophet together in our daily life.
“Also together let us increase our selawat (prayers of peace and blessings) over our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW. May we receive his intercession in Mahsyar, ”he said.
The Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah wants the noble values and wisdom of Prophet Muhammad in bringing people together to be used as a model by politicians to support the government in its efforts to combat Covid-19.
He said politicians must come together and strive to find the best solution to ensure that people continue to live in peace and harmony.
“People are facing an economic crisis due to the Covid-19 outbreak, so unity, stability and prosperity are very important to continue the development agenda, strengthen and defend the sovereignty of the country,” he said in a message in conjunction with Maulidur.
