We all make mistakes, right? Until we admit it and learn from it!

Well, it’s no wonder the new Sony PS5 is currently in high demand. But when the demand for something is high, suppliers and sellers tend to raise prices and create unreasonable purchase restrictions to earn as much as possible.

But considering how unethical and inconsiderate this practice is, many Malaysians no longer practice it.

Popular game store Gamers Hideout recently took to its Facebook page to apologize to Malaysians after its PS5 purchase-with-purchase (PWP) package was canceled and criticized by the general public.

They wrote: “On behalf of the Gamers Hideout team, we want to thank you for your kind support. For the past few days, there is nothing more regrettable than hearing the feedback on the unpopular PS5 PWP pack from our fans and the community. Therefore, we are very sorry and immediate action will be taken to rectify this concern. “

Sony Malaysia spoke to WORLD OF BUZZ regarding this incident, while assuring the general public that they are in the midst of rectifying the issue.

“We have highlighted this to our respective departments and they are in the middle of investigating this situation. At Sony, customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously and never compromise under any circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes inevitable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, there is always a satisfactory solution and preventable measures are introduced, ”they said.

“Also as part of our ongoing drive for perfection, we are implementing a series of checks and measures to ensure that errors like these do not happen again. You deserve the best and we will make sure you get it with us ”, they added.

In another statement allegedly from Sony Malaysia, which has been circulating on social media and community channels, they also assured the general public that they will take action against Gamers Hideout.
