Once again, it’s time for the weekly fuel price update, and after last week’s mix of changes, gasoline and diesel users will pay less for fuel for the next week of October 10-16.
According to the finance ministry, RON 95 petrol for € 4 million will be priced at RM 1.67 per liter, four sen per liter less than last week’s RM 1.71. Meanwhile, 97 RON gasoline will also drop four sen to RM1.97 per liter from RM2.01 last week.
As for the Euro 2M diesel price, it will be cheaper by one sen per liter at RM1.69 compared to RM1.70 last week. Meanwhile, the Euro 5 diesel, which is 10 sen more expensive per liter than the Euro 2M diesel, will be priced at RM1.79 (RM1.80 last week).
These prices will remain in effect until October 16, when the next round of fuel prices will be announced. This is the 40th edition of the weekly fuel price format for this year and the 92nd overall for the format, which runs from midnight on Saturday to the following Friday.
