Hong Kong actor Savio Tsang died on November 13 after battling lung cancer. He was 58 years old.
In February this year, Hong Kong media reported that Tsang had been diagnosed with lung cancer. The actor never confirmed the news. Tsang continued with her duties in show business by making public appearances. On November 10, Tsang was admitted to the hospital when his condition deteriorated.
TVB revealed that last year Tsang had asked for his workload to be reduced and only wanted to have a part-time contract with the broadcaster. Last month, the actor did not renew his contract with TVB, stating that he wanted a break from work to focus on his health.

Actress Candy Man, who co-starred with Tsang on his first television series, paid tribute to the actor on social media, writing, “I was the first actress to collaborate with you on your debut. His ex-girlfriend of 13 years, actress Cutie Mui also remembered him fondly.

Tsang began his acting career in 1982. He would have turned 59 on November 22.
