Che Ahmad was charged in his capacity as then head of the Strategic Cyber ​​Warfare Branch of requesting and accepting to accept RM500,000 as a bonus, as well as three counts of accepting RM105,000 from the managing director of the FEHM Sdn Bhd entity, Elias Jemadi Tajudin , as an incentive to appoint the company through direct negotiation to perform maintenance services in the division.

Meanwhile, Feizol was charged in his capacity as then military adviser to the Minister of Defense, with five counts of accepting a total of RM128,000 from Elias through FEHM entity executive director Hishamuddin Johari and project manager Nurin Nazwa Elias Jemadi as an incentive for him. All charges were framed under Section 16 (a) (B) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act, which provides prison terms of up to 20 years and a fine of no less than five times the amount of the requested bonus, or RM10,000, whichever is greater, if convicted.

The court granted the three defendants bail each on bail, with Che Ahmad at RM80,000, Feizol at RM60,000 and Sheikh Moksin at RM110,000. All of them were also ordered to hand over their passports to the court and report to the nearest MACC office once a month.

The court set November 27 for the mention and presentation of documents.
