FENT Entertainment, the agency of girl group FANATICS, apologized after a staff member was heard making an inappropriate comment during a live broadcast.

During one of FANATICS ‘V Live broadcasts, the members were seen wearing shorts or short skirts. Someone off-camera handed them jackets and blankets to cover their legs, but then a male staff member was heard saying off-camera: “The point was to show their legs, so why did they cover it?” This was followed by a sound like a slap. The on-screen FANATICS members finally took off their jackets.

The following is the statement issued by FENT Entertainment:

Hello, I am the FANATICS agency, FENT.

As an agency, we acknowledge the seriousness of the incident in which an inappropriate comment was made by a staff member during the FANATICS V Live broadcast on September 7. First, we would like to apologize to the members and fans who were hurt by this.

The agency acknowledges that the inappropriate comment by the staff member was incorrect and without excuse and the responsible person will take appropriate action against it.

FENT will be more careful in the future so that this incident does not happen again.

Once again, we apologize to the fans who love FANATICS and we will do our best to protect the rights of the artists you love.

Thank you.
