KUALA LUMPUR: Director General of Health Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah (pix) has called on all parties, including people who have received the Covid-19 vaccine, to continue to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in place to slow the spread of the deadly virus until herd immunity is achieved.
He said that adherence to the SOP and measures to ensure public health should continue despite the fact that Phase 1 of the National Covid-19 Immunization Program is underway.
Phase 1 of the immunization program began on February 24 and is expected to involve 30,000 frontline workers across the country.
