MOVEMENT controls imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19 have taken an economic, mental and educational price on poor families living in low-cost apartments, a study by UNICEF and the United Nations Population Fund shows. United (UNFPA).
In addition to poverty, the few savings that poor households have are rapidly being depleted, while their children have lost access to the nutritious food provided in schools.
