KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The ministers and vice ministers of Barisan Nasional have pledged their full support to the leadership of Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in implementing the plan for economic recovery and people’s health.
In a joint statement by 20 members of the government administration, they said that the country needs a stable government to ensure that the recovery process is implemented in an orderly manner after the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The first step is to make it achievable by ensuring that the 2021 Budget is endorsed and approved by Members of Parliament in Dewan Rakyat.
“This is also in line with the call of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, who advised MPs to give their full support to the 2021 Budget,” the statement said.
The statement also said that BN management members also acknowledged the views raised by BN MPs on the 2021 budget and that they would be taken into consideration during implementation from time to time.
“Based on the stated issues, we believe that our other BN parliamentary colleagues would also give their support to Budget 2021 to secure the government’s plan to defend the destiny of the people and restore the nation’s economy as soon as possible,” he said the notice. .
