PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian-born couple and their three-year-old son were found dead in their London apartment on Tuesday (October 6), the BBC reported.

Poorna Kaameshwari Sivaraj, 36, and her son Kailash Kuha Raj were found dead at the scene, and Scotland Yard believed they had both been dead for some time, the BBC said.

Kailash’s father, Kuha Raj Sithamparanathan, 42, was believed to have been fatally injured when officers broke into the Golden Mile House on Clayponds Lane, Brentford.

The BBC reported that he was found with stab wounds and pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

Scotland Yard said officers initially received a phone call on Sunday (October 4) from a family member expressing concern for the well-being of Poorna, who was last seen with her son on September 21.

Officers went to the floor several times early Monday (October 5) but received no response.

After talking to neighbors, the officers decided to break in shortly after midnight on Tuesday, the BBC reported.

The lead investigator, Chief Detective Insp Simon Harding, said the case was being treated as a murder investigation.

“We know that the family often walked their dog, a poodle cross, in and around the local area and would ask anyone who has seen them at any time in the last month to contact the police so we can begin build a complete picture of their lives. “, he was quoted as saying.

Neighbor Sheri Diba said the family was “very friendly” and that she used to watch them regularly walk their dog.

“I’ve always seen them in the elevator. They were very nice. They said ‘Hi, how are you? I always saw them together going for a walk. I feel very bad (hearing the news) because they were very kind, nice people, “she said.

Diba, who had lived in the building for seven years, said he had not seen the family for several months, according to the BBC.
