Mnet just dropped a big spoiler regarding their boy group competition show lineup. ‘Kingdom.
According to various broadcasting officials, ATEEZ and Stray Kids have confirmed their appearances on the upcoming show. The two groups are uniting ‘Road to kingdomThe Boyz winners as the first confirmed lineup.
The three groups carried out a special stage together as part of 2020 ‘Mnet Asian Music Awards‘on December 6 KST, which ended with a final theme song performance for’ Kingdom ‘and a quick teaser video for’ coming soon ‘.
Meanwhile, ‘Kingdom’ is the boy group version of the August 2019 girl group survival show ‘Queendom. Earlier this year, ‘Road to Kingdom’, a survival show focused on lesser-known and more promising boy groups, was released, and The Boyz winners earned a spot on the ‘Kingdom’ lineup.
Kingdom was originally intended to begin airing in the second half of this year. However, due to difficulties related to COVID-19, the production of the show moved to the first half of 2021.
