Ailee will be joining an upcoming movie in a special way!
On May 4, it was announced that Ailee will be singing the title track for the upcoming movie “Way Station” (literal title). Not only that, but it will also make a special appearance in the movie.
Ailee is known for participating in many dramatic OSTs in the past, including “Goblin” and “Arthdal Chronicles”. She is set to bring her emotional delivery and powerful voices to the next movie to add to the atmosphere of the story and tie it all together. She will also showcase her acting talents with a brief appearance that is sure to make a lasting impact.
“Way Station” will be a film that tells the story of Seung Hyun, who loses his memories every day due to Alzheimer’s disease, and Ji Ah, who suffers from a terminal illness and wants to be remembered by him forever. The main characters will be played by Kim Dong Jun and Kim Jae Kyung, and will be joined by Yoon Yoo Sun, Heo Jung Min, and Jin Ye Sol. The film will begin filming in May.
