OFFICES

– EPF, Klang

The Employee Provident Fund (EPF) will close its Klang branches and counters for one day today (Nov 10) to carry out disinfection and sanitation work.

The action was taken after one of the branch’s staff members tested positive for Covid-19 and the staff is currently in treatment.

Members who have an appointment with EPF Klang scheduled for today are requested to log into the online appointment center to reschedule their visit.

The branch will reopen tomorrow.


BUSINESS

– Ekkamai Thai Restaurant, Batai Square, Damansara Heights, KL

Management said in a notice dated November 9 that the restaurant registered a positive test for Covid-19.

They will be closed until further notice and all staff are being screened and quarantined.

The restaurant has provided their MySejahtera details to the Ministry of Health and those who have dined there in the past 1-2 weeks will be contacted accordingly.


EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

– Sultan Azlan Shah University (USAS), Kuala Lumpur

The university will be closed for six days from today for disinfection work due to a confirmed case of Covid-19 involving someone on campus.

The university will reopen on November 16.
