Democratic challenger Joe Biden continues to lead in Pennsylvania, the state that, if he maintains it, will give him the 270 Electoral College votes he needs to take the presidency.

However, Republicans are pushing for the United States Supreme Court to undo a voting extension provided by the Philadelphia Supreme Court and stop counting mail ballots that arrived after Election Day.

But even without the mail-in ballots, Biden could still retain his leadership in the state. He also leads in Georgia and still disputed Arizona. Some media companies, like the Associated Press, have called Arizona for the former vice president, while others have been delayed.

Remember, however, that regardless of what the media and contenders call the status results, the official certification of the winners can take days or even weeks.
