List of places affected by Covid-19 (October 8)

In recent days, several locations, including schools, universities, shopping centers, banks, offices, and residences, have announced cases of Covid-19 at their facilities.

Below are the verified locations reportedly affected today.

They include locations that have been temporarily closed pending the results of the swab tests of the people under investigation.

These places have also been properly disinfected.

Malaysiakini will continue to add to the list as more locations are announced.

Schools

Several voters from the Beaufort constituency, who voted here during the Sabah election on September 26, tested positive.

The Beaufort Health Office is urging those in voting streams three and four, who cast their ballots from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., to text 019 6056704 with their full name, IC number, number contact details and time when they cast their votes.

One case was reported involving a person taking a bus (myBAS, registration number NDH 2259) from KLIA2 platform B10 to Nilai Sentral, departing at 9 p.m. and arriving at 10 p.m. on September 30.

Other passengers are urged to contact the Seremban Health Office at 06-763 4809.
