Several local banks have announced that they will update their online banking services during the course of this week, and some will do so just before the next 10.10 sales.

On its website, CIMB said that it would be performing maintenance work on its Clicks website today, from 2 am this morning until 2 pm this afternoon.

This would affect bill pay and debit card recharge, display of credit card details, and all credit card and prepaid card transactions on its banking site, according to the bank.

Public Bank has also issued a system maintenance notice for its banking site for individual and business clients, as well as its PB participation application.

These services will be temporarily unavailable on October 8 from 12 am to 4 am, according to the announcement.

The bank added that some offline services would also not be available in that window, including debit card transactions, ATMs, smart recycling machines (a combination of cash deposit and ATMs), and check deposit machines.
