Kampung Tunku Assemblyman Lim Yi Wei says she was quarantined at her home after returning from Sabah on September 27.

PETALING JAYA: DAP’s Kampung Tunku Assemblyman Lim Yi Wei tested positive for Covid-19.

In a statement, she said she was quarantined at her home after returning from Sabah on September 27.

“I did my first swab test on klia2. From day one, they have quarantined me at home, ”he said.

“On September 30, I called the Petaling District Health Office to find out my results. They were negative.

“They asked me to come back the next day to take off the bracelet. However, I did experience some symptoms associated with Covid-19. “

He said he took another test on October 2 and continued to self-quarantine and that he had been informed of the test result today.

She tried to make sure her team had been quarantined as well.

“They have tested negative on their first swab tests and will do a second test,” he said.

“I apologize to all the health ministry staff, my colleagues and all those who have been harmed, despite all the precautions taken and the self-quarantine from day one.”

She urged those who have been in contact with her in the past 14 days to take a test.
