Manchester United fans have taken to Twitter after Thiago Alcântara made his Premier League debut for Liverpool against Chelsea.
The Spanish international recently arrived at Anfield with £ 20 million coming from Bayern Munich, ESPN reports. His story also mentions that Jurgen Klopp’s team beat Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men until their signing.

ESPN also reported that David Moyes struck a deal for the former Barcelona player, which had been established by Sir Alex Ferguson just prior to his retirement.
Ferguson arranged a play worth £ 17 million, but Moyes felt he didn’t know enough about the player and vetoed the transfer.
The Red Devils have clearly admired Thiago for a while now, which will presumably make seeing him in the Liverpool jersey even more painful.
