Here are Liverpool’s morning headlines for Monday, September 21.

Klopp maintains integrity in key win

In his post-game press conference following Sunday’s 2-0 win over Chelsea, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admitted to berating a member of his backstage team midway through the game.

Klopp was heard scolding someone on the Liverpool bench who celebrated the decision to send Andreas Christensen for an early bath on the edge of half-time.

He has insisted that he was not a member of the game team, but declined to comment on the identity of the individual who was on the receiving end of his momentary anger.

Klopp emphasized the collective need to maintain his integrity and frankness during high-profile matches, something a staff member hastily recalled at Stamford Bridge.

A £ 41m + deal has been agreed to bring the forward to Anfield from the Wolves, and he is set to play Jurgen Klopp.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has praised Senegalese striker Sadio Mané as one of the best players to wear the Liverpool jersey.

The Sky Sports expert, who played 737 games for Liverpool during his career, called Mané “without a doubt one of the best attackers on the left side in world football” after the 2-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Mané scored both goals against Frank Lampard’s Blues, the first being the group’s choice, culminating a finely crafted move that involved every member of Liverpool’s three forwards, with a well-taken header.

“It has been the only constant from day one. He’s a superstar, ”Carragher said, referring to Mané as the first world-class player to be signed under Klopp.

In 173 appearances for the club, Mané, 28, has scored 83 goals for Liverpool in all competitions.

Liverpool FC essential news

Despite being held back at halftime by Chelsea, Klopp was not concerned about his team’s inability to score. The German admitted that he was preparing for a positive talk with the team, even before Christensen’s red card just before the break.

Klopp also praised new signing Thiago Alcântara, who was a substitute for the Reds at halftime. In particular, he was pleased with the Spaniard’s passing display, despite conceding a penalty.

The shooting hero Alisson was also cheered on by the coach, diving low to save Jorginho’s shot from 12 yards.

“Clean sheet, Ali saved a penalty, Thiago makes his debut and if Hendo has absolutely nothing [wrong] It’s a perfect day, ”Klopp boasted.
