Touch Go n Go (TnG) has reopened several of its RFID Adaptation Centers, following the implementation of the Conditional Motion Control Order (CMCO).

“Hi guys! We are pleased to inform you that the selected Installation Centers are now open. Hurry up and get your TNG RFID equipped to enjoy travel safety and contactless comfort!”, He said in a Facebook post.

He added that clients must continue to practice safe and responsible social distancing measures to guarantee the safety of other clients and staff.

Currently, there are 18 RFID installation centers open in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor.

More information about the centers; Locations and times are available on the TnG website.

On March 18, TnG closed all of its services in person, including RFID installation centers, TnG centers, and customer experience centers, according to the government’s Motion Control Order (MCO).

Those who already have an RFID tag, or are traveling through PayDirect-enabled tolls, will also be able to pay with their TnG e-wallet, thus avoiding the need to reload their cards at a physical location.

PayDirect allows users to connect up to three physical TnG cards to their electronic wallet, so when paying a toll using such cards, the fee is taken from the electronic wallet instead of the card’s preloaded value.
