The MPV has received styling updates and new features, and additional safety systems are now standard across the range. Exterior changes include a new trapezoidal bumper and grille with a chrome and black theme, as well as new, sharper-looking headlamps. The fog lamp designs and their bezels have also been revised, now angled vertically to better frame the face of the vehicle.

There aren’t many changes to the rear, with the L-shaped taillights remaining identical to before, with only dark edges to highlight the clusters. The tailgate trim that attaches the taillights is now black, and the exterior mirror caps on the 2.0G and 2.0X now feature chrome housings and integrated turn signals. Elsewhere, the roof spoiler available only for the 2.0X has been re-profiled to improve aerodynamics.

The 2.0X also comes with additional styling upgrades that are unique to it, such as new wheel arch trims to protect the bodywork, new side trims and redesigned side skirts. You also get new 17-inch dark gray metal alloys.

No powertrain changes, so the Innova range continues with a 2.0-liter and 2.0-liter 1TR-FE naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine. The unit delivers 139 hp at 5,600 rpm and 183 Nm at 4,000 rpm, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed sequential-shift torque converter automatic transmission.

Inside, the 2.0G and 2.0X are equipped with a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and the screen also serves as a display for the standard 3D Panoramic View Monitor (PVM ) in both variants.

The car’s USB ports have also been redesigned: they now all have fast-charging capability and the two front ports have been repositioned on the dash from the center console panel, while there is now an additional USB port available for the occupants of the car. third row. In terms of safety, all Innova variants are equipped with seven airbags, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) with Traction Control, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, as well as Hill Start Assist Control. The 2.0G and 2.0X come equipped with a Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. However, there is no mention that Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) is activated.
