Red Velvet has returned to the full stage as 5 members for the first time in over a year!
January 1st SM entertainment artists called in the new year with the first ‘SMTOWN LIVE: Humanity Culture‘online concert, which is broadcast around the world via YouTube. The Red Velvet girls were one of the first to open the show with a performance. “Bad boy“and”CuckooLike 5 members! This stage also marked Wendy’s official return to the stage after her injury in December 2019.
After their opening performance, the Red Velvet ladies also briefly greeted fans as a group again for the first time in a long time. Wendy reflected on going back on stage saying: “It’s been a year since I’ve been on stage as Red Velvet, and I’m very nervous and very excited. But most of all, I’m happy to be on this SMTOWN stage that we put together as a group. All members agreed and added: “We are also happy that we can be together as 5 members to start 2021.”
