Based on the photo, the new device is known as the Qinqyun L410 and comes equipped with a flagship Kirin 990 chipset. It also includes 8GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and a 14-inch 1080p display. As for the software, the laptop runs on Linux-based Deepin OS 20, but there is a possibility that the transition to HarmonyOS from Huawei will be available in the future.

The design of the laptop remains a mystery for now, but GSMArena believes it to be a cheaper variant of the brand’s MateBook 14 model. Apart from that, the inclusion of the Kirin 990 SoC is capable of providing the device with 5G connectivity in addition to standard LTE and WiFi.

With this leak, it is very likely that Huawei will announce and / or launch the new laptop soon. Most likely, the Qingyun L410 will be available for the first time in China, and a global launch could follow months later. That is, if Huawei plans to launch it outside of its home country.
