PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pix) today launched the MalaysiaBiz portal that serves as a one-stop-shop for facilitating online business registrations and licensing applications.
He said the portal developed by Malaysia’s Administrative Modernization and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) was aimed at creating a trade-friendly environment to foster competitiveness in the country and stimulate local economic growth.
“I call on small and medium entrepreneurs to take advantage of this opportunity. Register and apply for your business license through the MalaysiaBiz portal.
“Let us ensure the success of this initiative and that our efforts and efforts are alleviated,” he said in his speech at the launch of the portal that was published on the MAMPU Facebook page.
The prime minister said the portal was developed when the government realized the importance of digital platforms in business and the contributions of small and medium-sized businesses to national income. -Called
