Blocking the coronavirus has put people in a state of discomfort, as the mental strain of being confined takes its toll, but staying home is the order of the day to combat the deadly pandemic nonetheless. Celebrities are finding new ways to make their time more entertaining, and while many like to dance and cook, a young Tamil heroine has chosen to try farming.

Keerthi Pandian, the daughter of famed actor and producer Arun Pandian, posted a video in which she attempted to cultivate and is seen planting a crop in a water bed together with her niece. He has subtitled the video “One of the most grateful things I’ve ever done! Learning the trade, one step at a time. I had to attract Driya baby for this one.” He also mentioned that the video was filmed by his father, Arun Pandian, and has presented the disclaimer “(Again, this is inside our quarantined residential property, not a public area).” The promising young woman had also shared a video of her driving a tractor in her field.

Keerthy Pandian made her acting debut in ‘Thumba’ starring Darshan as the hero and her second film in production is the Tamil remake of Malayalam’s hit ‘Helen’ in which Arun Pandian also plays his father.
