Gombak voters sue Azmin for breach of fiduciary duty, report says

A GROUP of Gombak voters is suing their deputy, Mohamed Azmin Ali, for deception and breach of fiduciary duty over his role in overthrowing the Pakatan Harapan government and forming his replacement, Perikatan Nasional.

The lawsuit was filed by 10 voters in the constituency through Messrs. Yohendra Nadarajan in the Kuala Lumpur High Court last week, Free Malaysia Today reports.
