A total of 72,062 people have returned to Malaysia through the international border entrance from July 24 to yesterday.
Ismail Sabri said that of the total, 404 people were sent to hospitals for treatment and 10,396 people had to go through a mandatory quarantine.
A total of 61,262 people were allowed to go home after completing the 14-day quarantine.
