PETALING JAYA: A four-year-old boy was found dead after his grandfather was believed to have kicked him out of his third-floor apartment in Danau Kota this morning.
The man, a foreign national, has been arrested and the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
He lived in the apartment with his Malay wife, son, four stepchildren and child.

The foreigner then began beating his wife and children, who then fled the house to seek help from their neighbors and security guards.
“Seeing the boy screaming and asking neighbors for help, he is said to have picked him up and threw him out of the master bedroom window,” Rajab said in a statement.
“He also jumped out of the same window and injured himself in the process. He was detained by the security guards and the public, ”he added.
