Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli he gave up the super exclusive Bel-Air Country Club … this after a war broke out over the decision to suspend but then reinstate the couple after they completed their sentence … sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say the club’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to suspend Lori and Mossimo, but the suspension is lifted when they serve their terms.
The decision did not sit well with some of the members. Old president Michael Gallagher shot a biting letter to the board, obtained by TMZ, in which it says … “This unprecedented decision by the board to allow criminals to continue as members causes irreparable damage to the reputation of the Club and its members.”
Gallagher continues … “BACC is a gentlemen’s and ladies’ club. Gentlemen are not criminals, and criminals are not gentlemen. You cannot be a member of good standing and guilty of a crime at the same time, it is a not logical. “

Our sources say that membership was deeply divided. Some members supported Lori and Mossimo, while others loved them forever.
We are told that Lori and Mossimo did not want to be in the middle of a war between the members, so they voluntarily resigned. We are told that Mossimo joined because she is an avid golf player, Lori also plays golf, but not as much. As we report, Lori arranged a plea agreement and he will serve 2 months in prison and Mossimo will serve 5 months.
