The divorce case of Rūta and Rolandas Damijonaičiai will open in February in the Vilnius District Court of the Vilnius Regional District Court, the portal announced. lrytas.lt.
It is announced that R.Ščiogolevaitė in this case – the plaintiff and the request for divorce will be considered in court not by mutual agreement of the couple – it is stated that the divorce is due to the fault of the spouse.
The court will also deal with the custody, residency and other related matters of the children of four minor couples.
In the fall of 2019, an unexpected message appeared: singer Rūta Ščiogolevaitė is already expecting her fifth child. However, just a few months later, many were shocked by various reports that appeared one after another: the crisis in Rūta’s family.
After this knowledge, Ruth declared that she was divorced from her husband and for a time the wall of silence was opened. Later, when she spoke about the divorce, Ruth made no secret of the fact that they couldn’t end the relationship in a pleasant way. When naming, the woman had to endure more than one blow.
“It is very painful when the tongue is not turned to say that we are amicably divorced,” he admitted.
“I do not want to lie about my marriage to Roland, and I cannot tell the whole truth. I run the risk that they will not understand me, because what I have experienced can only be understood by women who have experienced it,” said Rūta.
R.Ščiogolevaitė and R.Damijonaitis got married in Kaunas in 2013, together they had two sons and two daughters.
