Among the items seized from the victim are luxury brand watches, earrings, rings, necklaces and even a computer, ”said Mindaugas Bliuvas, representative of A. Valentaitė, head of the Criminal Law and Prevention Group of the COBALT law firm.

Asta herself said she was particularly hurt because she was in no rush to go to the police, even after realizing the first facts of David’s robbery, and she was still giving David a chance to make amends. A. Valentaitė requested before the court that D. Redikas compensate his pecuniary damage amounting to more than 146 thousand euros, as well as non-material damage, which he estimated at 15 thousand euros.

“I am very uncomfortable. Now I see that only legal recourse remains and I trust that the court will deal with this case as soon as possible. As a woman, I would not want anyone to be in a similar situation,” A. Valentaitė previously taught.
