The Lithuanian Christian National-Democratic Union (TSLKD) holds strong positions at the top of the political party rankings, and the gap with the second-largest nation is widening, according to a Spinter poll.

18.9% of respondents voted for Lithuanian Christian Democrats in their homeland, and the Lithuanian State and Alliance (LVS) received 11.2% of respondents’ support, according to a poll released Tuesday by Delfi .lt.

Political scientist Mavydas Jastramskis says that comparing data from several months shows an increase in the gap between the Conservatives and the LVS, which is related to the fact that the electorate gives credence to the confidence of the new government.

The trend is that the peasants and the Conservative Party in September in terms of ratings were circumscribed. and despite the difference between them, it was quite early now, says Jastramski.

The Liberal seat with 8.8%, the Liberal Party with 8.2% and the Social Democrats with 5.9% of support continue in the ranking of the parties. 4.2% of those surveyed voted for the Labor Party, while 2.9% of Polish Lithuanians voted for the election campaign.

2021 January 18-27. the result of the Spinter study is 3.1%. 1,013 respondents between the ages of 18 and 75 were interviewed. Half of them are interviewed by phone, the other half on the Internet.
