The idea of creating this kind of platform for G. Vilčiauskas came from personal experience. The entrepreneur ran an IT company for 13 years, which he later sold to a Scandinavian company.

The NO-CV platform consists of two parts. One is for consumers and the other is for the employer. Companies have access to a recruitment management platform. It shows how one hundred percent of the candidates meet the basic requirements for the jobs. Most of the selection work is done using algorithms ”, says G. Vilčiauskas.
The hiring process takes place in three stages. In the first, the user provides basic data about himself. It is not necessary to write anything, just choose between the offers sent. At this stage, the anonymity of consumers is guaranteed. By the way, the gadget does not ask for sex or age. This is to avoid discrimination against candidates.
The second stage is the application. It is no longer anonymous, the employer sees the details of the candidate. At this stage, a specialized questionnaire is given to those who have decided to apply. It is prepared by the company according to the individual requirements of the job.
After this stage, the algorithms accurately classify various candidates that the employer invites to communicate. The application has a built-in virtual communication function. There are also short notices that inform about the position that is suitable for the candidate, motivate to review the advertisement, announce that the employer wants to be contacted, etc.
Currently 78 companies use the application. Each job post is further advertised on your Facebook account to your target audience. For job seekers, registration in NO-CV is free and advertising to the company costs from 49 euros, including the entire media package.
