Doing:
1. Soak a gelatin in a tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
2. Boil half a glass of water and dissolve the white sugar in it.
3. Mix the brewed hot coffee with the water and sugar syrup, then add the swollen gelatin and mix well. Cool slightly.
4. Pour the cooled mixture into jars, glasses, or a jelly serving mold. Put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours to freeze.
5. Decorate the hardened gelatin and season with whipped cream sweetened with brown sugar.

Coffee pancakes
Ingredients:
- a small cup of coffee (50 ml);
- 2 tbsp. spoon sugar;
- 1 tablespoon. butter spoon;
- 0.5 glasses of milk;
- 1 glass of flour;
- 1 egg;
- a pinch of salt.
Doing:
1. Dissolve the sugar, butter and salt in the coffee. Let cool and then pour in the milk.
2. Add 1 beaten egg to the mixture and whisk – beat the sifted flour to form a smooth dough.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, form pancakes with the dough and bake.

Coffee with chocolate
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of hot coffee;
- 60 ml of cream;
- 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup spoon;
- 2 tbsp. spoon sugar;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;

Doing:
