Kaunas “Žalgiris” (2/13) returned to victory in the Betsafe-LKL championship. Country champions on the way 78:47 (22:18, 23:14, 12: 8, 21: 7) defeated Kėdainiai “Nevėžis-Optibet” (6/13).
Žalgiris remains the only leader in the Betsafe-LKL ranking, while Nevėžis-Optibet is in eighth place. The Kaunas team recovered after a painful 87:90 loss to Juventus in Utena.
