The friendly tournament of the Mayor’s Cup ended in Jonava on Friday evening, in which Šakiai “Vytis” basketball players triumphed.
Erikas Kučiauskas students in the final 85:79 (21:27, 27:21, 20:17, 17:14) after beating the host team “Jonava”.
Šarūnas Vingelis, who played most effectively in the ranks of the winners, scored 15 points, Darjušas Lavrinovičius added 14, and Paulius Semaška, 13 points and 9 assists.
Tomas Delininkaitis performed better in Jonava, led by Virginijus Šeškaus, who scored 13 points. Darius Tarvydas and Laimonas Kisielius scored 12 points each.
