Exactly one year ago, Sotera Šveikauskaitė and her husband bought a house where they planned to move immediately after the New Year. It is true that the house was unfurnished, so it was necessary to find a good furniture manufacturer to implement the family idea and make the furniture. Sotera, who spins like a fish in water on social media, reached out to close friends and followers and asked to recommend a professional in the field.
“Soon after, I received an offer from a famous singer, who does not want me to reveal her name, to contact Aurimas Stanaitis, director of UAB Kitoniškai. He said that the man had also set up a Hilton hotel, he mentioned that she had done everything perfectly and the clients were satisfied, ”Sotera recalled the beginning of the story, which turned into a true drama.
Woman 15 minutes He said that he did not doubt his acquaintance, that he trusted her, so with the hope that the teacher would also do a great job in his house, he went to the aforementioned furniture maker. A few days later, terms were agreed with him, an advance paid, and a contract signed. Sotera says he would have promised Aurim more ads on his social media accounts if only the man had gotten it right.
“And at the beginning everything was great, their people are very good employees, I still communicate with them to this day. It all started with the fact that we had to move into the house in early February. We rented an apartment, so we told its owners that we were moving because we had built a house. It only lacked furniture, but they promised us that everything would be ready by then, ”Sotera continued.

When the fateful February 10 rolled around, the day of moving into a new home, Sotera says she was facing big problems. It turns out that the Aurimo workers were unaware that the family would move so quickly, and the furniture manufacturer itself hadn’t even started its work since the contract was signed.
“There was great anger. We saw that we could not enter the house, there was no kitchen or bathroom. We started talking with the people to whom we rented an apartment, we asked them to let us live a little longer,” said the famous woman .
Sotera recalled moving into a new but not yet furnished house in March, but she still didn’t have all the small furniture, just skeletons: “A big fight started with the furniture manufacturer. Services have been delayed for two months. He lied to us, promised to come to finish the job he had started, but we didn’t get it himself, only company employees showed up at his house.
However, later they did not want to work because they had not been paid a salary for some time. Since we had to move, we paid those workers ourselves and hired more for Aurimas to provide us with the furniture than had already been done ”.
The workers said they left the job after a while. Fortunately, Sotera was fortunate to be able to install a house for her even before these conflicts in the company.
“I was a little scared because I am a public figure. I know that for some clients the work was still unfinished, and Aurimas, having taken the advances, disappeared ”, Sotera continued speaking openly.
It seems that everything has taken its place, but after a while the walls began to crumble, as the interlocutor says, they can catch a person at any time, the kitchen counter has risen from the humidity. The work was of poor quality, seen by other teachers hired by Sotera who came to the house.
“Remodeling everything will cost us a lot of money, because it is much more difficult to fix everything than to do it again,” said S. Šveikauskaitė.
Now the furniture company, which according to the blogger has not done its job, owes the family about 3,000 euros, and the contracts charge interest on a daily basis.
“We signed the bills in May, I tried to kindly negotiate with him to pay the debts at least a little bit a month. We asked him how much he could pay. But when he got in touch with him, he told him stories that cost him a lot, he had to push and writing constantly, yet so far he has not complied with the agreements.
Why do we have to humble ourselves and worry? The man did not show the initiative to finish the job all the time, we had to call him every week, ask him to come, “said the interlocutor, not hated by so much irresponsibility and lies.
The family continues to plan to go to court and hopes that by speaking out publicly about the problem they have faced, they will protect other people: “We know that many people have suffered from it. He is a scammer, there is no other word to describe him, he has no respect for his clients. That is why we are publishing this story: we want to protect other people. “
A. Statinitis version: now is a difficult time
After contacting Aurimas Stanaitis himself, he stated that his company UAB Kitoniškai has stopped producing furniture and no longer produces furniture. A year ago, when she was very well, Sotera approached the man.
“He asked me to make furniture at a discount and he offered me publicity for it. The furniture estimate was calculated for her, but we applied 40 percent. discount “, – 15 minutes Aurimas said.
He openly admitted that the time had come when the company was struggling, had nothing to pay the rent, and the equipment was beginning to fail. The furniture was transported to Norway, but the clients did not pay, the quarantine began, leading to a lack of working capital and the fact that the clients, including Sotera, had not completed the work.
“Still, we did our best to finish the Sotera furniture, we did most of it. I drove myself more than once to make it and the employees did their best,” said A. Stanaitis.
He said that later, after the difficulties, the company simply could not continue operating and had to be closed. A promissory note was then signed with Sotera indicating not the company’s debt, but Aurimo himself, as a natural person, with a known woman.
“I said it was a very difficult time. I do other individual activities, but I need time to recover and really pay the debt. But it cannot happen in a month, I need at least half a year to get everything back on its feet”, the interlocutor did not hide his sadness, saying that he had already returned 250 euros to Sotera.
According to Aurimo, the company does not begin to fall apart because of a director. He is convinced that mistakes were made both on his part and on the part of the staff. When there was a shortage of funds, staff salaries were delayed and then people were outraged.
“But I did the best I could to pay my wages. It was agreed with some of the employees that I personally signed the bills of exchange with them. It is not a large amount, it is not thousands of unpaid amounts. But when the company goes bankrupt, employees also start carrying tools. They were not really offended, they distributed what was in that company. This is one side of the coin, I think they are the ones who have suffered the least, and I have written bills on my head ”, Aurimas consoled.
This, according to the man, has led people to start expressing their dissatisfaction with the quality of the furniture. However, Aurimas says there are only a few clients complaining about incomplete work, and the company itself has yet to file for bankruptcy. It is expected to restructure and change its scope.
