“We made this decision to ensure the safety of both our customers and our employees. We want to sincerely ask all customers to be vigilant: to wear masks correctly, to keep a safe distance, to disinfect their hands, and to try to go to stores as little as possible, ”says Ernesta Dapkienė, Director of the Communication and Image Department at Maxima.
Remember that since this spring the Barbora Express shopping station has been operating in Raseiniai, which guarantees safer purchases.
“We invite Raseiniai residents to use the Barbora Express shopping collection station. This stop is located at Raseinių Vilniaus Street. 93 located in Maxima. This way, buyers will be able to purchase all the necessary products without having to go to the store, ”says E. Dapkienė.
Buyers only need to order the necessary products online, on the website www.barbora.lt, and they will be collected by the store employees. Items can be picked up at a location marked with special Barbora symbols from 10 am to 8 pm.
The stored hygiene requirements are currently met in the warehouses of this network: trolleys and baskets and other miscellaneous surfaces are regularly disinfected, and fresh air circulation is increased for warehouse ventilation. Maxima has special coronavirus insurance for its current and future employees. Employees receive the necessary protective equipment: medical masks or safety shields, gloves, hand sanitizing liquids. Temperature is measured for employees on a daily basis. If workers are feeling unwell, have symptoms of a cold or flu, they are asked to stay home.
