In a 24-minute video, Obama, who supports candidate Joe Biden, described Trump and his Republican supporters a few weeks before the November 3 presidential election as unfairly “inciting fear” from African Americans.

“Look into your hearts and consciences and then vote for Joe Biden as if your lives depended on it,” Obama added.
