In accordance with the current provisions of the Law on Political Parties, if a political party does not present its affiliate lists twice in a row, the Ministry of Justice will notify the Registry of Legal Persons, which will initiate the liquidation of the political party through a simplified procedure.

Political party membership lists are submitted and monitored electronically via the Political Party Membership Lists Information System.
The party leader or his authorized person must provide the list when logging into the information system. The data of the sent list is automatically verified with the lists of other party members and the data of the Population Register and the Register of Inactive and Limited Persons, it is verified if the party members are adults or their data is not repeated in the lists of other parties.
Until October 10. the ministry will inform the Central Electoral Commission which parties have submitted their membership lists.
