LeBron James unveils new look at Space Jam Sequel


LeBron James and Warner Bros. Images have revealed a fiery new reveal of the upcoming Space Jam: A New Legacy, debuted with a first look at the official uniform that James will be wearing when representing the Tune Squad in the sequel. This outfit is a major upgrade from the uniform that Michael Jordan wore in the original 1996 film, and has the traditional Looney Tunes vector logo on the side and stretches out on the jersey and shorts instead of just the chest. Much like the original film, the NBA will be all-star along with other famous basketball players for the film, including members of both the NBA and WNBA. The confirmed list includes Anthony Davis (Los Angeles Lakers), Klay Thompson (Golden State Warriors), Chris Paul (Oklahoma City), Damian Lillard (Portland Trailblazers), Diana Taurasi (Phoenix Mercury), Chiney Ogwumike (Los Angeles Sparks), and Nneka Ogwumike (Los Angeles Sparks), plus AAvengers: Endgame‘s Don Cheadle and Star Trek: DiscoverySonequa Martin-Green will co-star.

Space Jam: A New Legacy is directed by Malcolm D. Lee, who previously provided audiences Girl trip en Night school. The highly anticipated sequel slams into theaters on July 16, 2021, one of the few films not delayed by the coronavirus pandemic (not yet).

Space Jam was always scheduled to come out in June 2021, “James said earlier on the Road Trippin podcast. “That we’re pretty ok. And a lot of it’s animation now, so indoors is actually great for us.
