Today, Interim Government Labor Minister Lamia Yammine issued a circular on conducting PCR tests at workplaces. He says:

“Based on the occupational health and safety requirements in the institutions subject to the Labor Law, and in the interests of the health of citizens and workers from various economic sectors, and within the framework of the response and control plan to face the Corona pandemic, especially in the workplace, the Ministry of Labor recommends, based on the proposal of the Committee for the Monitoring of Coronavirus Preventive Measures and Measures:

First: Establishments and companies operating on Lebanese soil whose number of employees is equal to or greater than 100 employees must carry out a PCR examination on all their workers, who are not in contact with a confirmed or suspected laboratory case of being infected with Coronavirus, periodically, once a day. Month per worker. The grouping technique is acceptable in this regard. Second: Complete the form at the electronic link http://companypcr.net/ after the laboratory has issued the results of the PCR test.
Third: Once the result has been sent to the aforementioned link, the Foundation receives an email, which is considered as proof of the contribution and commitment of the national measures to face the Coronavirus, and this result must be in its possession to show it upon request.
