In view of the general medical conditions and conditions in the country related to the spread of the new Corona virus, and the will of the Ministry of Finance to adequately receive retirees and their families in the center of the retirement pension department and protect them from the complications of concentration and overcrowding in a relatively small geographical area, both in terms of non-transmission of diseases among retirees and among employees, a new mechanism will be adopted to receive auditors as follows:
The Retirement Pension Disbursement Department receives transactions and applications from retirees and their families exclusively by mail, with the exception of reassignment requests.
Regarding submitting requests for reassignment, review them or review all other requests mentioned in the preceding paragraph. Those interested will be received in the center of the department only by appointment. It is obtained by calling the numbers 01-610742 and 01-610743 only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so that appointments are distributed between the working days of each week for the review of specialized employees.
