The flight came a day after the two parties agreed to allow 28 weekly commercial flights between Ben Gurion Airport, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to be signed tomorrow, Tuesday, as a result of the peace treaty that was reached last September, under the auspices of Washington.
This comes after Israel and Bahrain signed memoranda of understanding in various fields on Sunday, “establishing fruitful bilateral cooperation with the State of Israel,” according to Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdul Latif Al-Zayani.
