Although almost two weeks have passed since the results of the US presidential election, which showed that Democratic candidate Joe Biden won, President Donald Trump still refuses to acknowledge the results.
Trump repeated his rejection of the presidential election results and it was deemed a victory over his Democratic rival, Joe Biden.
In a short tweet on Twitter on Monday, Trump said, “I won the election.”

Since Biden’s victory was announced days ago, Trump has repeatedly rejected defeat, questioning the integrity of the election and emphasizing the results that were “stolen.”
The Trump campaign turned to the judiciary to challenge election results in more than one state, but most of its claims were rejected by the courts.
And on Sunday, Trump first said that Biden “won” the election, then quickly tweeted again, denying that he acknowledged the victory of his opponent, who had already begun preparing to enter the White House.
Biden edged out Trump by a comfortable margin, having so far garnered 290 votes in the electoral college, 20 votes more than the total required for the resolution, compared to 232 votes for Trump.
