Washington: On Sunday, Donald Trump announced that his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, had been infected with Covid-19, knowing that the latter had been traveling for a month across the United States to reject the results of the presidential election in meetings he held without using. mask.

“Giuliani has recovered quickly, we will continue working,” added Trump, who has not yet acknowledged his defeat in the November 3 election against Joe Biden.
Hours earlier, Giuliani, 76, was giving a live interview to Fox News and showed no visible signs of illness.
The lawyer participated in several prolonged hearings in recent weeks, in closed places and without a mask, to denounce “fraud” operations in the main states.
Giuliani was present in Lansing on Wednesday, where he attended a hearing that lasted more than four hours. The scene has been repeated in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Washington since it was announced that Biden won the presidency on November 7.
